GUMMY & SUPPLEMENT R&D
From a gummy product
to a manufacturing system.
We bring formulation, scale-up, manufacturing lines, plant setup and equipment selection together in one technical framework for vitamin gummy and functional supplement projects.

+ manufacturing engineering
A formulation decision changes equipment; equipment changes capacity; and capacity changes the plant.
TECHNICAL SCOPE
Three connected layers of the same project
We treat product, process and investment decisions as parts of one system rather than separate workstreams.
Formulation
Active ingredients, gelling system, sensory profile, dose and stability.
Explore BProcessScale-up
Cooking, order of addition, depositing, finishing and the process window.
Explore CInvestmentPlant & equipment
Capacity, layout, utilities, URS, bid comparison and acceptance tests.

R&D
From idea to a manufacturable formula.
We define target dose, serving, taste and texture; evaluate how active ingredients behave in the process; and establish the trial matrix and scale-up control points.
- Compatibility of vitamins, minerals and functional actives
- Pectin, gelatin and alternative gelling systems
- Taste masking, color and surface finishing
- Stability, packaging and technology transfer
PLANT & LINE
See the technical picture before investing.
We turn the target portfolio into capacity scenarios, define line architecture, space flow and utility needs, and compare proposals against the same technical criteria.

DECISION FLOW
A clear technical output at every stage
Projects move forward through traceable decisions made in the right order, not through more meetings.
- 01
Brief
We clarify product targets, market, capacity, constraints and success criteria.
- 02
Feasibility
We compare technical options, open risks and the verification work required.
- 03
Development
We turn formulation, process, equipment and plant decisions into measurable outputs.
- 04
Transfer
We work with your team through trials, acceptance, commissioning and documentation.

Before you begin
01Is Gummywise a manufacturing factory?
No. Gummywise provides independent technical consulting for product development, process, scale-up, plant and equipment decisions. When manufacturing is required, the production model and technology-transfer scope are planned separately.
02Do you work only on new product projects?
No. Projects can also address texture, sticking, active loss, scrap, capacity or equipment bottlenecks in existing products.
03At what stage should a project begin?
The best time is before high-cost decisions are made. Separate scopes can still be created for projects at the idea, prototype, pilot, investment or commissioning stage.
